The Sims 3 (Generations) Error message. [SOLVED]

Hey,
I installed Generations earlier, and it was working ok for short periods, but then it would crash. So I applied the ultimate fix and now I get this error message:

"It looks like you have installed an unofficial game modification that does not match your current version of The Sims 3. We recommend that you either uninstall these game modifications or get updated versions of them - otherwise you may experience crashes or significant bugs.
Do you want to quit?
Quit or Continue"

Any suggestions would be appreciated, cheers!

Just click Continue, then the click the game down at the taskbar and start playing!

If I click continue I get this error message:
"Unable to start game. Service initialization failed (0x039e8474)"

The same thing happened to me. What I did was uninstalled every Sims 3 game on my computer, restarted my computer, and reinstalled following this guide:

But remember to skip all the Cracks and patches that the instructions ask you to do. Just go straight to the installation. There is no need to crack any game/expansion until you have installed every expansion you want and are ready to do the ultimate fix.

Make sure you install Generations first, and once you are done installing all the expansions you want, open the launcher and update your game. After updating, follow the instructions of the ultimate fix:

No problem. Don't worry, it doesn't take too long to uninstall and reinstall everything.

Erm, how do I uninstall everything?

Go to Start menu --> Configuration --> Software

You'll see a list of programs. Search for all Sims 3 packs and click on remove. Then go to the right folders in Program Files and remove all of the Sims 3 folders you see. There are also Sims 3 folders in My Documents, so remove those too.

Then restart your computer and you can start installing the packs.
