Disk Authentication Error

Hello

I have just installed sims 3 on a mac (previous pc user) using the new mac guide and then tried running it and i get the following error

I then installed sims 3 university following the new tutorial too and applied the crack from the link in the tutorial and the same error pops up.
anyone had the same thing and know a fix? I tried restarting, and i have the "sims3uni" disk mounted and no luck.

any quick replies would be greatly appreciated

You can unmount everything related to The Sims 3 anyway.
Let's see, did you actually re-download the latest version of the Ultimate Fix? If yes, which file (from which folder of the Fix) did you use as a crack?
