Hello,

Where did you download your Sims 3 games from ? If they are not from "Games4TheWorld", you might re-download them.

You could try to go to My Documents/Electronic Arts and then rename the folder "The Sims 3" (for example like this: "The Sims 3_backup"). Then start the game to see if this changed anything.

Other than that, the only thing you could try too, which comes to my mind, is to completely un-install all your Sims 3 games, and then re-install them. For help on deleting the right registry keys, have a look at this here: http://simswiki.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:TS3_Uninstall

Hello, thanks! I uninstalled and reinstalled again.  Everything works fine now.  There was a step that I missed in the instructions before. Smile
