abnormal program termination (Island paradise) Empty abnormal program termination (Island paradise)

hello

i recently downloaded the sims 3 island paradise ... but when i click on autorun or the setup i get an error message saying "abnormal program termination" .......... i have all of the expansion packs working fine... and when i tried to install it on another computer it works fine Help 

what should i do please help

Hello,

Did you click on the Sims3EP10setup.exe ?

Otherwise: create a new folder and re-extract the contents of the .RAR file of "Island Paradise" with WinRAR, into the new folder you created before. Then try again to double-click on the Sims3EP10setup.exe.
