Can't install Supernatural

Hello,

I used the 'How to install Sims 3 with or without EP's on Mac + DMG creating' guide to install Supernatural, but it did not work. I installed it, but the game seemed to not see it. I tried re-installing it several times and followed the steps exactly, but it did not work.

However, I used the same guide to install Seasons and it worked perfectly. I used the exact same steps.

Is there a reason for this?

Did you download Supernatural from G4TW? Did you use Stuffit Expander to extract the files from the RAR?

Yes, yes and yes. It worked perfectly for Seasons, but not for Supernatural.

Can you tell me exactly how you installed everything? Because that is so NOT normal

Sorry for resurrecting the post but this is the exact same problem I'm having. I followed the guides, did exactly what they said. Pets and Seasons show up, Supernatural doesn't.

Not expert at anything, but I had similar problem a while back with ten of the expansions and stuff packs, and I realized that the expansions had installed themselves in a subfolder that was not supposed to even exist. I deleted the subfolder (Applications/The Sims 3 was the not-supposed-to-exist folder because I installed everything directly into Applications) and kept repeating the installation over and over again so many times that the expansions went to right place. Some took three times and some went right at first try.
