The resort towers in Island Paridise are not there

thats odd

Well thanks can you help please!!!! It's not just that the map tags for resorts also show up as the acting lots like the backlot studio in Bridgeport. A lot of things are weird like now the only active sim in the world is my sim and when I try to interact it says "No interactions available" and I was on the same lot and in buy mode when you have "moveobjects on" cheat on it lets you move a sim when I tried to move a sim it said "Sim" it didn't say his name!

I dont know what could cause that beside corrupt files or conflicting files mods or bad cc do you have mods or cc

 Yes I do

Yea try what lady eldi said and also check if those mods are up to date if one mod is out they could cause a bunch of trouble.

Indeed, if you have mods/cc you should try the game without it. Simply move your mods folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 and test the game.

 Yes but when I do that the game when I start up immediately starts to "not respond"...or that's what it says in the task manager. It doesn't close but it doesn't respond

 That's the problem when I updated the mods they game crashed at loading screen!

 I updated my NRaas mods

hmm okay then take that mod out and put it somewhere temporary like downloads folder and start the game and see if it works

 I'll haft to test it later or tmr but thank you for trying to help me

Your problem is from the graphics or that your computer doesn't have the required quality to play the game in high options. 
-So, open the Sims and then go to graphics and set everything to low.
-Delete all your mods and then go and download the updated ones that you want.

 It works!!! thank you very much but I really need nraas's mods some times any ideas on how to play with them?

No not at all because I don't use them but I suggest researching if other people are having trouble with that mod to.

Twallan has updated his mods at NRAAS; make sure you have the latest versions. Hope this helps.
