Resort Upgrade?

Hello,
Well, recently I get one of my sims to own a resort. However, it looks atrocious and filthy. Anyone thinks of how to upgrade a resort? I need a layout with magnificant view of the resort.

You need to go in Build/Buy mode and change things yourself.
Only upgrade possible is for the tower, which come once in a while...

Well I mean I need a gorgeous floor plan for my resort.

You can try with the blueprint, but there is no toilet blueprint, you have to build it on your own.

What I did for my Resort was to rename it.
Then in Build/Buy mode I deleted everything even the foundations into water.
From there, I placed a Blueprint for front desk, pool, tower, gym and then foundation into the water where I put two guest rooms, wedding room, restaurant and party area. Then in the remaining space on the foundation some season stands like kissing booths.
Once all edited, to upgrade your resort tower, you can go to Town View, then zoom in on your resort and click on your tower then choose upgrade. You get the option to turn on a new feature like room service before.
