Photoshop CS6 Quality Loss When Zoomed In

Hello everyone,
I'm trying to use Photoshop CS6 and when I zoom in to photo resolution is awful. But when ı do this in CS5 it doesn't act like that. I think thats because of CS6's settings or something. What can I do to fix this?

Do you guys have any fix or any suggestions?

New comparision file. Right one is CS6 and left one is CS5 and CS6 one is even worse.

That's perfectly normal: your picture has a certain resolution, and when you zoom in, the resolution lowers!

But the problem is CS5 doesn't have that problem. For example look to zoom at CS5 at second picture it is 50% without quality loss. Look to CS6, its quality loss is very much just in 33.33% . thats the problem. Also look to Comparison Picture you can see difference.

I honestly don't know, I don't use Photoshop myself.
Try resetting the settings, if you think it's a settings problem?
