Magic Video Converter Empty Magic Video Converter

Post by Guest Wed 05 Jun 2013, 11:24

Hello G4TW, I have a question concerning Magic Video Converter. I want to Burn a DVD, and when I initialize the Burn DVD button I get the error message, "Devices Cannot be Initialized...Contact Support." Anyone have a idea on how to diagnose this other then contacting their support department with a pirated copy. Sad

//EDIT

Well I figured out what was wrong. The torrented version that we have
doesn't work. Can we get the updated version Admin? The trial for the
updated version kinda works, but you need to purchase it to unlock the
full functionality.

Helper edit: Topic moved to "PC Downloads support".

Hello,

Are you trying to create a movie? If yes, try our ConvertXtoDVD Dowload, it's an awesome piece of software for that kind of stuff!

Another way is to just export the file you're trying to burn and then burn it using another program. (E.g. Ashampoo Burning Studio)

Thanks Admin. ConvertXtoDVD accomplished what I wanted to do, which was turn some AVI files into a DVD. Thank you.

One thing though, if you can update Magic Video Converter I think it will allow eveything, conversions and burning, instead of hunting around for different programs for various operations.

Anyway gracias! Smile

Hello there,

Lol, that was not the right word choice, I see now.

I might have on a disc somewhere. I'll check it out. If I can find it, I'll upload it ASAP. If not, then I'm sorry. Very Happy

Is there anything else we can currently help you with?

//EDIT

No, I'm afraid I don't have that specific program.
But you can request the program (version) you want, in our Request section.

I'm using AppGeeker DVD Creator: http://www.ilikemall.com/convert/burn-avi-to-dvd.html

It will convert many different formats to DVD and you will be able to add menus as you want.

Of course, IMGBurn (free) handle that stuff, though its interface can be a bit daunting maybe.
