Help Please

I recommend this way of installing: (by the way, you don't need to mount anything, just extract the contents of the .RAR to empty folders; namely one empty folder for each separate game/expansion).

1) Install the base game

2) Apply the manual patch: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1870-can-t-update-the-sims-3-to-v155-fix-manual-patch

3) Install the expansions

4) After each expansion installed, always re-apply the manual patch, even if it says "your game is updated already". So let's say you install "Ambitions", then you need to re-apply the manual patch; then you install "Generations", you need to patch again; and so on.

5) Apply the Ultimate fix: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t752-the-sims-3-ultimate-fix-should-fix-most-of-your-problems

You just need to extract the #crack folder of the Ultimate fix with WinRAR again (ignore all other contents). Copy the contents of the #crack folder (TS3W.exe + TSLHost.dll) to C:\Program files(x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin. Replace the existing files of course.

OK, that's maybe quite a bit of new information, but still, give it a try.

P.S. Never use the cracks that are included in the expansions you download; only use the Ultimate fix.
