Really want a MOD, need help.

I love the Sims and one day hope to make my own mod. Considering that I have no background in programming, this hope seams a long way off. Well I wanted to know if some one could make a mod that made the Sims dance better. Males Sims could may be bop their head to the beat, or just a simple two step. Females could do some sexy dancing, booty shaking. Considering there is different genres of music maybe a different dance for each. I know it is a lot of work so I won't ask for much and would appreciate whatever someone could produce. Thank you in advance.
