Sorry to hear that. But if you correctly followed all the steps in the links I posted, then there is not much left to say for me, I'm afraid. It's possible that the item that you are trying to install is the problem; meaning: it's not possible to install it. And have you also tried to install other items too ? Does this happen with ALL the stuff you want to install - or just with a few ?

It's not working until now carlos.. I have reinstall my sims 3 and the store content items are still not able to get in-game even the installed worlds are not appearing in the menu. I'm starting to lose hope on this one. =\

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP. =(

It doesn't matter what items you download, but let me know if the G4TW items work for you (for now, forget all the "other sites" where you downloaded the stuff from).

that's all I did in these past few days after that the custom items are not working. I deleted the custom map still nothing happened the CC are still not in-game. I have no problems with items no more I just use package files now. the thing is I can't install anything from the launcher even the worlds. I have to use s3pe and sims3 pack multi now. Long method compared to the drop download folders and install.
