Help please :(

Hi guys, do u know how can I replace the big park to island paradiso festival park in island paradise? the big park doesn't celebrate seasonal festivals. if u know what I mean? Thanks in advance for those who would help. 

To replace it with Festival Ground:

(1) Go to Edit Town
(2) Click on the icon of the "big park".
(3) Choose "Demolish" or "Delete", or something like that (I don't remember clearly) and choose yes if you are asked to delete it or not.
(4) If the park is cleared and you see an icon like this above the empty lot:

Click on the icon of the lot and choose "change lot type" (or something like that). Remember to choose Community Lot (category) and select the one that is named "Festival Ground" (or something like that).

(4) At the bottom of the screen, you will see 3 small tags, choose the one that is labeled "community lots".
(5) See if there is a park called Isla Paradiso Festival Grounds (usually with the icon of The Sims 3 Island Paradise). If yes, click on it and click "Place Lot". Place it on top of the empty lot and you can have the festival ground again!

Can this be done using the Ctr+Shift+C cheat changeLotZoning [lot type]

I am curious if the festive lots have a specific lot type like that. Does anyone know? I don't have my main computer set up and cannot find out for myself. This laptop can barely handle running the internet let alone a game lol. I think it would explode or something.
