[Town Live]Service Initialization Failed (0x0175d824). [SOLVED]
Hello.
So I have really annoying problem. I have downloaded The Sims 3 in version 1.0 from torrents then I install it, and put crack in, then I manual download and apply patch 1.55.4 and crack from this site, then I download and install The Sims Town Live becouse when I'm trying to start 1.55.4 without any Expansion pack I get message to enter a registeration code, so I install Town Live without any crack, and when I'm trying to play the game I get this message: "Service Initialization Failed (0x0175d824)".
I re-install game 4 times, and I'm really angry :(Please help me. And yes I do everything from this thread: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly
Oh, and sorry for my bad English I'm from Poland, and I'm still learning

Hello,
Can you try to re-apply the "manual patch" and then the "Ultimate fix" ? This means: repeat the steps from 2 to 4 from here: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly
If that doesn't help, I'm afraid you have to try a clean un-install: http://simswiki.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:TS3_Uninstall
After that clean un-install, re-boot the computer. Then you can re-install the games.

But choose "Super mode", when un-installing with that program.cezra31 wrote:Try YourUninstaller Pro. (G4TW have that in the website)

Re: [Town Live]Service Initialization Failed (0x0175d824). [SOLVED]
Ok, so I uninstall game, clean registry through CCleaner and manually, then restart PC. After restart I install The Sims 3 , then install Town Live, and when I saw window from install wizard it show me that is new update to download so I click "ok", and it update, then I normally install Town Live. After it I copy cracks from "The_Sims_3_fix" from folder called "Base Game" and "All expansion packs released after and including Generations" to The Sims 3 directory, then I apply manual 1.55.4 patch and copy crack from "# Crack" folder to game folder. And now I will test it, so if it works I just will edit this post.
@EDIT
Yeah !! It works now :)BUT when I'm starting game I get Town Live logo, why it's not Paradise Island ? I don't have it ? Or it's just logo, and I have still 1.55.4 game version :/ I don't know. Please, can you answer me this question ?

I'm glad to hear that. But you have the Town Life Stuff-logo installed because it's actually your only expansion that you installed. You need to download and then install "Island Paradise".deadlife5 wrote:Ok, so I uninstall game, clean registry through CCleaner and manually, then restart PC. The patch 1.55 only "updates" your base game; for example, it corrects bugs and adds a few new things. BUT, the patch does not add any expansions - you still have to download and then install expansions.

Ok, so now thanks for help :)But I have other problem now When I first play Sims after patch I save game and quit it. Now when I'm trying to load my save game It can't load It says that file has a serious error and strongly reccommends restarting the applicationCarlos G. wrote:I'm glad to hear that. I'm trying to rename .sims3.backup to .sims3 and delete old .sims3 but it doesn't work

Did you use the option "Save" ? - do not use "Save as..." or "Save and quit". Just use the option "Save" and then use the "quit" option.deadlife5 wrote:Ok, so now thanks for help :)But I have other problem now :(When I first play Sims after patch I save game and quit it. If you did that, try a new savegame for now - and see if the same happens there.

OK, then there are two other options "Save and quit" and "Save", and you should use "Save".deadlife5 wrote:But I don't use "Save as" option :/
But I don't have any other explanation why so many users here have suddenly problems with their savefiles.
Again, try to make a new savegame for now and play for a while.

Do you have enough space left on your hard-drive ?deadlife5 wrote:Ok, I make new savegame and this problem shows again on new savegame :(I don't use "Save as" and "Save and quit" options.
If not, you can try to make some space (for example, un-install or delete unnecessary files/software).

Like I said, I have no other explanation at the moment for these save problems.deadlife5 wrote:Yes, I have enough space on my hard-drive.
But you could try to go to My Documents/Electronic Arts and look for a folder named "The Sims 3". Delete that folder, start the game, make again a new save and see what happens.
If the problem is still there, then I'm afraid I can't help further with that.
