THe sims 3 missing large chunks of paragraphs or tool tips ect.

noticed im missing lots of text or writing explaining what things are, for example in the intrests part of creating a sim under all im see the cons for like the first ten and then the rest of them but thos first ten have no Lable or explinaion of what they are or what they do, plz help
