Island Paradise resort troubles !?!!?! [SOLVED]

I just updated to 1.57 a couple days ago and I started playing in Isla Paradiso again and I noticed that the resorts wasn't acting the same as before . I took a closer look and noticed the reception desks were missing and when I went to the blueprint section, the blueprints for resort rooms was missing also but the prints for the pools and bar were still there. I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem .. I can take screenshots if needed .

The rest are skins, sliders, clothes, and objects, I deleted a few of those too. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the expansion

Hello,
I suggest you rename the folder C:\Users\(your computer name)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 and run the launcher/game. Simply drag and drop the folders DCCache and Saves from the old folder and place them in the new folder. Now run the old save and see if there are any differences.
