Hello,
Well unfortunately I suffered from that during puberty and the best thing you can do is keep it clean with just water, don't touch your face, and in a couple of years it'll be gone anyway. Don't use any of those "miracle remedies" that's just money out of your pocket. Clean water will do, and by not touching it you'll make sure it won't leave any scars.

A...a year? oh my maybe in that year i can call myself a 'Walking Acne Man' i can just imagine it, cause everyday it multiplied maybe i should go to dermatologist....oh my i can't move on in 'Walking Acne Man'

Well maybe longer, it didn't clear up completely until I had my first baby I'm afraid and that's almost 5 years ago. But that's extreme, for most people it clears up much sooner, at age 17-18. Besides, my case won't do you much good anyway since you're not likely to give birth
If it really is extreme, you may want to ask your doctor for ointment. Drinking lots of water can help a little.

Hello,
And cleaning your face with special soap (Dettol) tends to help too.
It cleans away the greasiness and makes your skin dry. Don't use it too much, because a too dry skin is not good for your skin.
Getting enough rest tends to help too. (E.g. not staying up too long in the evenings)

Hi Guys,
Thanks guys for giving me some way to remove my first acne... yesterday i gone to my doctor and she recommend a soap, and my acne stop from multiplying hehe
my problem now is oily face

dont worry it will go away after you attain puberty.....mean while wash your face with antiseptic soap or better yet face wash for your skin type in your case for oily skin; at-least twice a day and preferably most of the time you get home after exposure to pollutants.
never ever scratch or pluck one out, i know its difficult to resist but if you do so it will make a tiny dent like scar that will take very long to go away and some never goes away!

I know this is an old topic, but my skin cleared up with using a gentle cleanser (such as Cetaphil) and using salicylic acid on my pimples. 
Not saying my skin became 100 percent flawless, but there was a huge improvement.
