What fix do I need?

I have all the expansion packs in hard copy, but I've now got all the store content in the world from this site (thank you so much!) so do I need just the store fix, the ultimate fix, or no fix at all? My game is fully patched to the latest version, and I am very confused.

If you have a physical disc of the latest expansion pack/stuffpack that was released, then theoretically you can just insert that disc into your drive, and start the game. So if you have "Island Paradise" installed (the latest expansion), you can insert the disc, BUT, you may just want to play without a disc.

And this is where the "Ultimate fix" comes in: it basically allows you to play without a disc. If you want to use it, please do the steps from 2 to 4 here: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly so this means re-apply the "manual" patch (step #2), and then download apply the "Ultimate fix" (steps #3 and #4).

The "store fixes" are something different; their purpose is to correct errors with some of the "store items". First of all, you need to set up a "Mods"-folder, please read the guide on "how to install .package files" (look under "guides"):
