When I try and extract the ultimate fix for Into the Future, I keep getting the Unexpected End of RAR Archive Error.

Try it like this, see if it works.
Otherwise try to download again using Google Chrome. And use WinRAR to unzip.

This error usually means that the download was interrupted (e.g. because of internet connection problems). In my opinion, this is normally unrelated to the browser you use; but yes, like Shamrock said, you can try it with different browsers.
