sims 3 world adventures invalid file [Answered] Empty sims 3 world adventures invalid file [Answered]

hi i just downloaded sims 3 and world adventures and when i try to install it and do step 5
"open the 'Crack 3' folder and start the 'Sims3_1.2.7.00002_from_1.0.631.00002.exe' patch."
i get a "dfc-gorilla Error invalid file found" and i am unsure what to do. please help
