Into the future problems?

I was able to reach the game and my saved game. I clicked 'travel to the future', and the game loaded oasis landing. However, I can't play it. It just gave me the game without any portraits of sims on the left corner. No money, no sim panels. What happened????

Also, I've tried creating a new game and let the sims there travel to future, it worked perfectly. Is the save that isn't working corrupt? Please help me, I've wanted to play this expansion pack forever
