the sims 3 not loading

Hello....again i have problems with my game...i just reinstalled it,used your fix and when i want to play,i click the game but nothing appear,i wait for few minutes,,i click again and still nothing...what is the problem?

Can you go to the following location: C:\Program files(x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin. Then find the file TS3W.exe. Right-click on it and choose "run as Administrator" - see if that works.
If it doesn't can you describe what happens after that in more detail ? Do you get an error message, black screen, etc.

i figured out what the problem is....i create the mods/packages folder,and drop the resource.cfg file,but i only have 2 mods in my mods folder,and when i click the game it isn't appearing anything,but when i delet it,my game works...but i need mods to my game,how can i fix this? (sorry for my english)

Are your mods up-to-date ?
And what is your base game version ? Open the launcher, and look at the logo that is on the far left - that's the base game logo. Hover with the mouse over it, and tell me the number here.

it.s 1.63...i downloaded the update from here,also the fix...my game it's newly installed

Did you make sure to download the LATEST versions of them ? (are they compatible with the 1.63 patch ?).

i have only the pose player and the granthes OMSP,but 2 mods can make a game to not load?

Yes, even ONE mod can cause this.

Get the updated version of the Pose Player from MTS. The OMSP mod still works with the 1.63 patch.

Hello again,
You'll have to un-install the games for that, are you aware of this ?
While I can't give you a link for that old patch (maybe another Helper/Moderator can), you should find it in the "Movie stuff"-download from "Games4TheWorld. In this .RAR file, the patch is in the Support/Updates sub-folder.
And you then should use the #crack that is included in the Movie stuff download (so NOT the latest Ultimate fix).
Is it worth it ? I'm not sure, but that's up to you. Maybe someone else has a better idea on this.

i don't really want to but i just can't play my game,i can't install any mods coz the most of them aren't compatible with 1.63 and my game isn't starting...oh wait...it appears the launcher,but after few good minutes after clicking it :/ it.s strange

Could you "live" without these mods ?
Again, personally, I don't recommend that you un-install everything and go back to an earlier patch; and I can't think of an easier solution for you; maybe another Mod/Helper can.

You can uninstall the base game ONLY and run the manual patch 1.57. And wait, I will edit my post if I can find patch 1.57.
Be aware that you might want to restart your computer after uninstalling the base game.
And are your mods tuning mods/override mods? Maybe I can help you update them.

Honestly, you're better off keeping your game at the patch level it is because downgrading it will make your game and your game play extremely unstable. You can get away with "down-patching" other games but EA made the Sims 3 different from most of "those" games. As well, if you decide to "down-patch" your game, it will be even harder for you to find mods that you want - maybe not now, but a lot of mods will be updated at least by January of 2014. In other words, the mods you DO have that are compatible with 1.57 will be updated to the 1.63 patch because EA has made no mention of making another expansion pack for The Sims 3 and I'm almost positive this is the last patch they will release. Unless, of course, they release something "christmas" or "new years" related for 2013. I highly doubt it.
Anyway, there are countless pose mods that you can use that are, indeed, updated to 1.63.

I can't tell... But we have users using incompatible mods which caused a lot of problems.
