I downloaded show time for her and when she starts the game up this happens
Edit: cant upload a pic. When the game loads she cant choose her town or her family's. Nothing pops up

Hello,

Most likely you used an incompatible crack for the game. Are you sure you did the steps from #2 to #4 here, correctly ?
