Probs with installing expansions.. and i used the fix

Hi ppl!
I had a working sims with ambitions... though i wanted to upgrade to generations and island adventures.

I am now for days trying to get world adventures, ambitions, generations, island adventures installed..
The base game works fine if installed on its own.
The expansions i installed in different ways and different try's.
I installed the expansions and cracked them individually before installing the next....
That ends up with not able to update at the end to 163.5...
i downloaded the patch for 163.5...
Waiting for the patch to download i uninstalled everything via programm uninstaller in win7...
i installed everything again without cracking everything.... installed up to island adventures <-- island adventures asked to update the game, did that and it worked..
Then i applyed the 163.5 patch and it worked
i applyed the end crack from the fix
The launcher gives an error that referres to a log....
the game starter Ts3w gives the error sims 3 error 0x0175dcbb
I renamed the sims3 folder in the electronic arts folder in documents.... it still dont work....

Can someone tell me how to do it right.... i follow every step on the instructions from the fix...
The laptop can handle the game easy... its a core I5 and i got dx11 installed..

Can someone help me with this?

Try the solution shown in this video here:

This video is for 64-bit systems though, If you have a 32-bit system, then the registry location is...

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Software -> Sims

For the future, you should not immediately un-install games, because if you don't do it right - and it's much more difficult than most people think ! - then you end up getting even bigger problems than before.
