uTorrent & Port Forwarding ? Empty uTorrent & Port Forwarding ?

I'm trying to follow this > https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t11496-how-to-speed-up-fix-utorrent-downloads <
It says Port forwarding is one of the key things but I can't find my manufacturer (sky) on the list.. Am i doing something wrong?

Hello,

Are you using a router or just a modem?

Besides, port forwarding mainly affects upload speeds. If you have UPnP support on your router/modem, your router/modem will try to open the specific port uTorrent requires automatically.
