Ultimate Fix Not Working

Then I was having some small issues in game that I thought the ultimate fix could fix, so I redownloaded it and applied it only to be faced with the same pop up as before. I don't know what could possibly be wrong with the fix as I've never had any issues with the previous ones or previous games downloaded from here. Does anyone know what could be wrong? Everything runs fine until I try to use the ultimate fix, then that's when I get the problem.

You should be able to skip this warning, and then the game will start normally (just click on the "run" button).
