Hello,

That's strange; it actually worked for me, and we didn't really have other users reporting this..

Are you sure you didn't mistype the serial ? The easiest way to enter the serial is this here anyway: just mark the whole serial with your mouse and then just copy and paste it into the prompt - and that should do.
