The Sims 3 Update to 1.63 Problem

hi guys,
its been a while & im back to my sims 3 again.

90% of all my sims are crack..!
and i have installed the new update which is now 1.63 something..
everything worked fine.

the launcher works good, all load okay, but then it said "No Game disk found" i think the old patch is not working anymore.
anyone who had this problem can help me out ?
im really desperate.
please help me

Expect for some glimpse in the game.
My sims just sinks from one floor to another ..
Which is pretty crazy and weird.

instead of taking the stairs, they just sink withing the other floor, and then take the stairs, which is pretty annoying ...
but only 2 of my sims does that... the other okay though

Hi there,

You can actually first of all take out all of your mods (if applicable).

If you do not have any, clear all the following files inside the folder My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3:

Create-a-Sim Cache: CasPartCache.package
Build/Buy mode cache: compositorCache.package
Mod or custom content cache: scriptCache.package (Make sure you clear this if you have mods)
New Sims and skin cache: simCompositorCache.package
Socialcache.package
Look for a folder that says Thumbnails. Delete anything inside of it.
Look for a folder that says Worldcaches. Delete anything inside of it.

Lastly, you can also try resetting your sims by holding Ctrl+Shift+C while you are in the game and typing "testingcheatsenabled true" (minus quotes). After that hold the same set of keys and then type "ResetSim " (minus quotes). should be replaced with the name of a sim.
