Reeeeeaally need help!!

Okay so I have my own (bought) copies of the original Sims 3, University, World Adventures, Late Night, Pets, Generations and Town Life Stuff, I then downloaded Island Paradise, Ambitions and Seasons and everything worked fine and has done for a while. But then the other day I decided to download Supernatural, played it once and decided I didn't like it so uninstalled it and now nothing will work I don't understand why!! The launcher opens and lets me click play then minimizes like it would if the game were about to load but it just doesn't load. I have tried uninstalling all the games I have downloaded from here and then re-installing then but that hasn't helped. 
Someone please help I don't know what else to do!!
