Sims 3 error message. [SOLVED]

I need help! >_< i keep getting an error message then the game exits itself out..... everything worked fine until i got town life stuff. Like about 30 seconds in the game the game freezes then the screen turns all white and it says Sims 3 is not responding then it crashes out of the game..... :/ and my launcher is like that too when i click play it freezes then says sims3launcher is not responding.. PLEASE HELP! T_T

That didnt help at all :/ its still doing the same thing is it because of town life stuff?

Did you add ALL of the game's .exe files to the DEP?

Did you try all the other options? E.g. run in Windowed mode, play the game on lowest settings.

No, some of them should work. I'm afraid you'll have to check and see which one(s) is/are causing the problem.
