GTA IV is already on the request list, here:

As for GTA V, this is currently only available for consoles (XBOX 360, PS3), and Games4TheWorld focusses on PC games at the moment. There are rumours that a PC release will come out sometime, maybe this year already, but until then I will not add this to the request list.

And look at the top, you'll see an "announcement" topic, and that's the request list I mentioned above. Please read up on that before reqesting a game/software. You can press the Ctrl + F to open up the search function there.
If you have any other requests, that are not on the list yet, feel free to update this topic here.

I forgot to add before that GTA IV on the request list is in red font color. Which means that most likely, G4TW will not be able to release a working version of GTA IV.

I had saw that when I looked. But 3 is there. (I think) so I'll wait for that one.

I've added "Grand Theft Auto III" to the list.
It wasn't there (the only other GTA on the list was "San Andreas").

However, if you really want to download/play that game soon, then you might want to look elsewhere for it, since new releases from G4TW probably won't be coming anytime soon, due to other priorities (like the download server for The Sims 3 store items). Besides, the "request list" is quite long already, and it's completely up to the Admin what release comes next.

To be honest You guys are the only ones I trust not to give me a virus. I know how good you guys are b/c I have the Sims thanks to you guys and its great. I fear what an other sites will do to my computer. If you know any that can be trusted please let me know. Other than that I'll just be patient. Thank you.

One general thing to keep in mind though is that not everything that is pirated is full of virusses. There are often only two ways people see pirated stuff: either "everything is fine" or "everything is full of virusses". And as with all things in life, the "truth" (or something that comes at least close to it) is somewhere in the middle between these two extremes.
As for your issue, look on Piratebay for that game. One "signal" that a .torrent is safe is that the name of the uploader has a small SKULL-logo next to it. That skull-logo can be either pink or green. That is one thing. Next, another, albeit less safe signal is the number of seeders: if a .torrent has lots of seeders, it often (but not always) means that the .torrent is good.
Indeed, focus on a download from an uploader with a skull-logo. Unfortunately, I cannot name a specific uploader, since I am unfamiliar with GTA III, but I hope that these "general guidelines" can help you a little bit.
