Hi my name is AmandaMae

I love the Sims, and I have been lurking around this website for a while without joining it. I am thankful for all the hard work people have put into it.

Today I decided to join the site. Not really sure why, but everyone seems very nice. I really don't have much to contribute, but I am totally willing to share any insight I have and seed when I can! I usually seed anything I download for a while just because it I see it as rude not to.

I am an older player, and have been playing the sims since the original sim city. Although this is pretty cool, it means I am not really as tech savvy as some of you younger kids. 

I can build some pretty awesome lots, and I hope to share that when I can. I am about to go read the rules of that forum next.

Anyway, nice to meet you all. Maybe I can learn something!

I am also excited that I have every EP and almost all of the stuff packs. I only use ISOs so I mostly get them from friends, but thanks to this website, I now have TONS of store content!

Welcome on here ! Very Happy  And take your time to look around the forum...also, thanks for seeding ! This is very important, and most people just don't do that. Also, in case you mount the ISOs to actually start the game, you don't need that. You can use a "crack" for your game; if you just re-do the steps from #2 to #4 here, you should be fine, and you don't have to mount ISOs then:

Thank you guys for welcoming me!

I know many people prefer cracks but with the ISO I find it easier to update and I just save the ISO files so if I update the computer it is easier to store it. I tend to make ISO copies of all of my games too, because disks get scratched sometimes. 

I only have to mount it once too because I just leave it mounted, well at least until 
I get the new ones... Thankfully I have almost everything now!
