How do I get my .Package files to show up? Empty How do I get my .Package files to show up?

I downloaded some skins and they aren't showing up. Is there an extra step or a different file I need to use instead of the regular resource.cfg since I downloaded some of my expansion packs here? Thanks! Very Happy

Hello,

As far as I know, you cannot have "some skins" simultaneously installed. You can only have ONE bodyskin file and ONE faceskin file. Wink  Please refer to the source of your download, to choose the skin that you want, and then remove the rest.

Again, ONE bodyskin file and ONE faceskin file.

Also, after you applied the skin files, it's a good idea to delete the simCompositorCache.package file, located in My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3. After you've done that, start the game - you should now see your sim(s) with the new skins. You only have to delete this cache file I mentioned once, namely after you applied the skin files, and that should do.
