can't start the sums 3 after installing latest store fix Empty can't start the sums 3 after installing latest store fix

the game worked fine before.
installed the latest store fix according the instructions here.

I removed first
"StoreFix_DecrapFixes_TEMP.package",
and then copied and replaced all 4 files that in the store fix folder.
 


after that can't start the game.
it says that it can't open the launcher so search for internet solution or close the program.

edit:
after several tries it suddenly start working.
I hope it'll continue work fine.

There is a serious glitch with the current G4TW store fixes, see this thread here:

If you don't want to read everything, look on page 2 of that thread. I have posted there "temporary" files, which should work just fine. Good luck !

thank you for letting me know.
right now the game starts o.k but I didn't actually play with it since it my daughter who's playing . I'll ask her to check how is the game acting.

You should definitely remove the store fix files from the official G4TW site again, next time you get to the computer ! And again: you might want to check the thread I linked to, before.

to remove those store fix 4 files I I downloaded from g4tw site, and then what?

After removing the 4 files, let your daughter play again. Wink  It's that simple: just remove the 4 files, and then you're good to go again.

I mean yes, if you want, you can install those temporary fixes for now. But again: the most important thing for now is that you REMOVE the "old" fixes completely.

maybe it was only accidental, but after I removed the former store fix and tried to start the game I received windows massage that the program can not start and windows will close the program.

[ltr]I didn't try again but put to the packages folder the "store fix test" files and now it works.[/ltr]
[ltr]I'll report if we'll meet some issues.[/ltr]
[ltr]I believe that if g4tw will have a final good working store fix you will let us know about it.[/ltr]
