Download EP on Mac

Hello, I need instructions on how to download EP on Mac.I already own the base game, is it possible that I can download torrented EP on my Mac?
I really want instructions on how to do this. I just made this account today because I really need help.
EDIT:
I noticed that there is a download on games4theworld.org for the Sims EP's (separate.) Will those EP work on my Mac?
I mainly wan't Seasons, Generations, and Island Paradise. Thanks!

Hey there! No expert, just a noob too, but my game works perfectly fine, so I'll try to help! 
Before INSTALLING ANY EP's, always copy the original files from The Sims 3 itself. Copy from Applications -> Electronic Arts -> The Sims 3 (right click the icon and select Show Package Contents) -> Contents -> Resources -> transgaming -> c_drive -> Program Files -> Electronic Arts -> The Sims 3 -> Game -> Bin. Copy everything there, and put it on another folder/place. Why? Because, if you want to install any EP afterwards, you have to uncrack it first, and then do the installation, and then crack it again.
I suggest you to read the guides. It's very helpful, and it's like designed for dummies like me.

Every time you install any EP, the process is the same, except when cracking (you have to do it differently for EP'S before and after Generations). Hope this helps! The forum's always open if you have any problems.

If I may just correct a small detail from sakuratatsumi's advices : you don't need to copy the whole folder she indicates
But, you can only copy the TS3.exe ( and later when you install EP : TS3W.exe ) and TSLHost.dll files -> keep the originals to make updates and install new EP. Always keep the last updated files and when you install all that you wanted, crack !
