Connectivity Empty Connectivity

Hello,

I am very keen to live up to my helper status, however for the next month I may have periods of slow Internet and connection so sometimes my post may seem late or I may not get any connection.
I'm hoping it won't get worse than it already is so I should still be able to connect and send posts but this is just a heads up in case the worst happens D:

Facepalm  Most ISPs are terrible.  Unless you're paying way too much for it monthly - and even then, they probably won't be great with customer service.  Heh.

Hello,

My ISP is one of those big corps with too much money that isn't enough to spend on customer service. We're hanging to a smaller company that'll give us support with our own router, my friend and existing customer told me they do.

Hello,

They sent me a new router as they believe the old one was faulty, got a download speed of 9mbps, good start. Now its down to 0.3 and unbearably slow, I am getting timed out pages and will be more than likely browsing and helping through my phone as I'll be lucky if I can get the page to show up. I doubt now the router was broken...they even sent the next model up. Pfft.
Last night it took 1 hour to topup two phones...nearly got charged triple!

I suggest calling the company and telling them to flip that nice little connection button they have. Tell them that you hired their services and they need to fix it... be assertive lay or they will keep doing it. eventually they should get so sick of ur complaining they stop messing with it hehe Razz
