Sims 3 install not working need help. [SOLVED]

hi im new here and have a problem with installing the sims 3. i followed the steps perfectly but when i tried to launch the game i get (Unable to start game Service initialization failed 0x0175dcbb) please help

Is this the first time you are installing The Sims 3? Or did you have it installed before?
Also, did you get the game from this site? What EPs did you install with it? And do you have any CC, Store Content, or Mods installed?

I had it installed before. i got everything from this site. i used EP02 EP07 EP04 EP11 EP10 EP03 EP05 EP08 EP06 EP07 EP09 EP01

I see. This problem is probably caused by an incomplete uninstallation of the game you had before. I suggest that you take a look at this video and follow its instructions to see if they work for you:

Look, I followed everything in your "Ultimate Fix" youtube video.
My problems:

1. Since I installed Seasons and Town Life Stuff, my Sims 3 always not responding or it's always automatically closing.
2. When I finished installing the Ultimate Fix, I saw that there's no Seasons and Town Life Stuff folder.
3. There is no Town Life Stuff in the Ultimate Fix folder. Only the Ambitions, Base Game, Fast Lane Stuff, High End Loft Stuff, Late Night, Outdoor Living Stuff, and World Adventures BUT there is a folder called "All expansion packs released after and including Generations".
3. Now, I'm doomed.
4. My Sims 3 gameplay is doomed. I'm finished. My life is finished!
