Patching problem Empty Patching problem

Dear Games4theworld,

I have installed the new movie stuff and the into the future pack by following your instructions on how to do this.
While updating my basic game this error appeared (see picture). at first i just skipped it and continiued the installing process. 
when i open the game i am missing some language in the boxes .
Can u help me with this please

Hello,

Cyclic Redundancy Error’ is usually caused by a registry issue can 
usually be fixed with a registry scan.

1. If you got Sims 3 CRC Error then there is a 94% chance
that your computer has registry problems. To repair Sims 3 CRC error 
you need to follow the steps below:

Download a Perfect Optimizer,install this error repair tool.
Click the Repair All Button.It will scan you PC for Free.
Then click the Repair All Button again and your done! It is very easy to repair Sims 3 CRC error.

2. Run the Windows Defragmenter software on your system. Fragmented hard disk space can cause this error.

CRC errors may also be caused by a hard disk or DVD drive failing or being unable to write consistent data.

If you have run the Defragmenter software and are continuing to experience
this error, please contact your system’s manufacturer for further 
diagnostics.

Please try Step 1 first and so on. Let us know how it goes.

Thanks for your explanation, but it turns out that the manual update file that i downloaded was corrupted so i downloaded it again and it works perfectly now THANK YOU !!
