Hello! I apologize if this is not the right section.. But I'm guessing it's somewhat in the right one since it's sims 4 related.. Haha..

Anywho.. I was wondering if there is a download available of just the digital deluxe upgrade from the base Sims 4 game? I bought the sims 4 base game when it came out.. It's 15 dollars to upgrade but I'm on a tight budget and can't pay for the upgrade despite it's minimal cost. So is there anyways I can upgrade?

Hello FancyPants and welcome,


Sorry, at this point, you cannot install a "pirated upgrade". The whole game from Games4TheWorld ("The Sims 4") already has all the items from the "Digital Deluxe Edition" including all those "registration bonusses" (plumbbob lamps). But you cannot "separate" this bonus content and add it to a legit game - at least not now. Maybe in the future, but no warranties.

I'm sorry to say that, but if you really want that DLC from the Digital Deluxe, you will either have to pay for the upgrade or pirate the game from G4TW (in case of the latter, you will have basically thrown out money for a legit game, because you could've pirated straight away).

As for those plumbbob lamps, you can only get them if you have a legit base game of Sims 3, and legit copies of ALL Sims 3 expansion packs...but again, this is not necessary if you download straight away from G4TW, since that one also has all those plumbbob lamps.
