Need confirmation this is right. Clipbo10

I have 3 world items that are sim coin purchased.
Not sure if this image has uploaded or not, said it had.

I seem to have normal versions of these worlds..instead of gold, is this normal?

sunlit and aurora are there but they do not say gold

Hello,


Somewhere in the in-game options there is a box, if I recall correctly, that says something like "activate in-game store". You must turn that option OFF, and that will remove all items with coins.

These items with coins basically mean that these items "can be purchased". 

And what exactly did you buy from the store ? These worlds that show up next to the gold coins, or anything else ?

If you installed the worlds correctly (and everything else in the launcher went smooth too; which is not always the case, sadly), then they should show up in the menu without coins. So did you find the option to de-activate that "in-game store" ? Smile

cannot even launch sims 3 launcher now , not sure why, all i did was install another sims3pack and now it just freezes on black screener with a timer

Unfortunately the launcher has become highly glitchy (it was not always that way though). I wrote a notice here, but I'm not sure if that can help you in any way.

If it doesn't work, then you won't be able to install worlds. Because that's the only main use for the launcher. If you want to start the game, you can also use the TS3W.exe from the base game location (or a shortcut from it).

If you want to install .sims3packs that are NOT worlds, you can still use CCMagic. And .package files can simply be inserted into the Mods/Packages folder.
