TEA! (Really off-topic lol)
So I did this 3.2k x-country cuz my school forced me too & I realized I was reallllyy unfit & unhealthy. I mean, I ate a doughnut for breakfast, chips-in-between & a huge burger for lunch...
Since I didn't want to lose weight (bcuz my mum would slap me.. literally), but I also wanted to get fit & healthy I did some research.
Then I saw this and straight away I thought of this forum so that's why you are reading some really cringe-worthy-sht
Now whenever someone tries to roast me because I like I can throw this excuse at them.
Take that Ellie-youlittlebshifmafaryuiup!

So swap the tea ( ) for tea and you are already one step closer to being a picture of health!

Was that "march" part of an evaluation, to measure the average fitness of the students ? It might be better to start off rather slow, and depending on how things go, make those exercises progressively more difficult over time.
One problem with these things is that if you do too much for the first time and you are untrained, it can cause damage you your joints (especially on the knees and the feet), hence one needs to be careful there, to not do 'too much' in the beginning.
Also, that doesn't mean you should totally ditch burgers, donuts, chips or similar stuff...it's all about balancing it, with a more healthy diet. Edit: to some extent, genetics also plays a role: I myself eat tons of chocolate, sweets and similar stuff, yet I always look the same (and never even remotely become fat). I of course also make sure to exercise at least somewhat regularly and drink lots of water.

There are always those that are lucky
Having said that, I lost almost 30 kg/66 lbs in the last few months of 2015 (finally a healthy weight after 8 years of being fat) and in the past 5 months, that weight has been stable, despite my love of chocolate, sweets, cookies etc
It's all about moderation I guess, and exercise of course. I get enough of that, being a mother. Also, it's OK to release your inner child and go on the swingset for a little bit
If I'm not mistaken, that's an excellent exercise for the abs, thighs and upper arms. And it's fun

I wouldn't consider myself lucky, but getting back to topic. You should also make sure to not drink the tea immediately after preparing it. As for the commercial teas, that are typically packed in little teabags, there is a reason you should leave them in the cup for a certain amount of time. I usually leave them in even longer than the instructions say.
Same goes for the "loose" tea, for which I use a thing like this here - I also leave that one a bit longer than prescribed.
The ingredients that are relaxing in tea will properly come to 'function' after a certain amount of time.

I put my "loose" tea straight into the cup. With some practice, you can finish your tea without actually swallowing the tea leaves. I only use commercial tea in teabags in an emergency.

I got tons of those empty teabags from eBay, and fill those with the loose tea.
Don't want to risk the swallowing.

I drink something superior to tea. It's called " ", I suggest you guys look it up.
Now, all we need is a completely new sub-forum called " Corner."
EDIT: who changed the word "" to "tea"?

@Admin Wait a second... if you even *think* I mention this (glorious) hot drink, you retaliate immediately, and this goes unpunished?
@Michael Myers, please read the Forum Rules, can you tell me what rule 10 says? And rule 3? Your post is in clear violation of both those rules
I'll give you a warning for now, next time it's lines.

Re: TEA! (Really off-topic lol)
A new subforum for tea could be cool indeed. All kinds of discussions about tea, tea reviews, recommendations, articles, and whatnot. Could be a nice addition to the existing off-topic sections.

Sorry, he must have edited his message. I really thought he meant a tea corner. (Edited his post later)
