Getting Electrocuted or Sim Dying From Electrocuition

Has this happened to anyone? I've had a ton of things break around my sims' house, and they all get repaired perfectly fine. No getting electrocuted. I thought that it was possible for this to happen, so has it happened to any of you?

Maybe you need a water puddle around and an unexperienced sim at fixing things?

Fix your TV while soaked. Having low skill and peeing near the TV first would help too. So would being in a bad mood, though after peeing themselves I guess that wouldn't be an issue...
