Help Empty Help

I have installed Sims 3 last year and it works.. I tried to install it again it won't work. Its shows me this message when I update it. I followed step by step the instructions but it won't work. I have watched a video the first time I installed the game and it helps me a lot. Can you please re-upload it or send me the video.
