Is there any particular sites where you can download patches/updates for Steam games that you downloaded via torrents?

Hi there,
I don't think you need anything "special", just look for torrent patches. (Which are the original updated files + the game crack)
If TPB doesn't have it...

Also keep in mind that not every game has torrents for updates. You'll need to rely on what is "out there" basically. As for the updates that are available, typically you'll find information in the torrent description about which games the updates can be applied to. So if you got a game from Skidrow for instance, make sure to download updates which clearly say that they can be applied to this particular release from Skidrow. Again, check any available torrent descriptions.
And installing the updates shouldn't be a big deal either. Often you'll have instructions included, but typically you need to select your game install folder, and then run the update. And that is it, in most cases.

Thanks friends Unfortunately i got drunk yesterday and woke up this morning in bed next to Oprah Winfrey, whoops i mean i bought a steam key for this off Ebay for $20 lol. It works but one weird thing is it's the Jap version because when i launch it the first couple of screens are all in Japanese and it comes up as "Biohazard Revelations 2" I can still play everything in English though. Just outta curiosity... i know Steam games automatically update but just to be certain, is there anywhere i can go to just to see for definite what update is currently on it?Carlos wrote:HamPlanet wrote:Title says it all. Hi again,
Try going to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\[GAME NAME] and then go to the folder where the game is installed. Look for the game's .exe file, right-click on it and choose "Properties".
Sometimes the version can be found under "Details".
