Help Please. Empty Help Please.

Hi, I'm having a problem that I have no clue how to fix and I really need some advice. I download the game when I went to start it I was getting the failed to initialize error, so I download the fix and applied it when I did I start to get a error message that read not connected to Orgin so I started orgin and re applied the crack. Now I'm getting an error saying that I have to update my game through Origin . Please help me I really want to play this game but don't know what else to do.

Try renaming the folder The Sims 4 inside your Documents and see if the game comes back to normal.

Otherwise, try applying the fix from the link in the video below:
