98% load

98% load

My game is only loading to about 98% on the loading screen. Disabled the interactive screen, deleted cache, reinstalled base game, removed packages folder, reduced graphics....what is left to try?
Edit: it finally loaded after 30 minutes...any advice on reducing load times? it only started doing this today!

Sorry you are facing performance issues.
You can use a faster drive, like an SSD instead of a Hard Drive. Also, you can use CC Magic (if you are playing with lots of Custom Content or Store Content), which compiles lots of tiny files into fewer larger ones that load much faster.
Also, try to use "Save As..." instead of regular saving your game, for two benefits: 1. Backups; 2. Fix some glitches/bugs in your saves.

Sorry I never clarified that the problem is with Island Paradise, not the base game or any other expansions.

Which version of Island Paradise are you using? The one within the Complete Collection (Good) or the Island Paradise that was released in separate before (not so good, a few of them had corrupted files)?
