Problem with spellbook.[SOLVED] Empty Problem with spellbook.[SOLVED]

So i downloaded the gothique library using this link (mediafire.com/?y8uy4gu2y8jqt) which i got in another thread on this forum to download the gothique library set and when i try to use the spellbook my sim goes near it and then appears a couple of steps away from the spellbook and nothing happens. What is the problem ?

It didn't work, i placed it in the packages folder, then played the game and they still couldn't learn any spells

Ok you need it.
The folder it should be placed in is C:\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3/Mods. If the mods folder doesn't exist, just create it. You'll also need a packages folder within the mods folder. Your .package file goes in that folder.
You can get the resource.cfg anywhere, a google search should get you a number of results.
