Can I update Windows 7? [SOLVED]
Hello!
First, I want to thank all of you who make this website and community possible, you guys are awesome!
Second, I recently downloaded your last Windows 7 download, installed home premium in my new PC, everything is fine and it says it is activated as it should say according to the instructions, I'm just wondering, can I update it from windows update and install everything?
I chose ask me later when it asked me about updates when I was installing btw.
Also, is there anything else that I should know about this new installation?
Thank you so much for your everything!

Hello,
Yes, you can update it. But I would pay attention to the update named KB971033, because this one can remove the pirated activation of Windows. Just ignore or "hide" this particular update and you should be good to go.

Hi there,
Technically that specific update should automatically be blocked by the Activator, but you never know. I've never had any issues fully updating my pirated Windows 7 copy. (Updated literally everything, including all optional updates and Microsoft Office)
Please let us know the result here!

It wasn't working for me though, but maybe it depends on the activator you use ? I deleted that problematic update and used a different activator, and then it worked out for me.
If you want, feel free to open a new topic if you have any new questions or want to chat. Have fun ! Problem solved, topic closed.
