SIMS 3 INTO THE FUTURE "An Error Occured"

Hi,
I've successfully downloaded and installed Sims 3 and all EPs up to 'Showtime' for Mac, base game updated to 1.67 and everything works 100% fine to this point.
However, when I try to install 'Into the Future' using the Games4theworld crack, the game will not start, the launcher will not open, I just get a box pop up saying 'An Error Occured'. Uninstalling 'Into the Future' causes everything to work fine again.
I've followed the exact instructions, so I don't understand why this last EP is causing me problems!
Please help!
