HELS .. Necessary ? [SOLVED]

I was wondering if i have to download and install sims 3 HELS to install Late Night , is it necessary ?
'cause i don't have a lot of space to download another stuff pack

No, you don't have to install that SP to run LN. But make sure you read this.

I just wanted to add that the included instructions inside the older expansions are outdated. Please always follow the instructions posted here instead:
